Can you use this on Venetian blinds

Depends on the materiel.If it's the horizonatal "Ventian Blinds" in/on my my mind, doubtful. Vertical hanging Blinds would depend on the fabric, Dye works best on Natural fibers. I concede only used the solution once on an old pair of Chinos, surprised myself just how well it worked.Just followed the instructions to the letter...and Viola!

I have a dark beige sofa i would like grey .. its the cord material .. think dylon would work ?

It should do if the cord material is cotton. If it's artificial fabric it won't. I would, however, recommend their machine dye rather than hand dye as it gives a more even colour.

Dylon smoke grey hand dye i have polyester jogging pants also light grey will this dye cover said stains?

Yes they were brighten up grey joggers but if you have bleach on them that will not cover it
