Would this protect the stainless steel parts of my BBQ over the winter (with a rain cover on top, and the grill grates removed obvs)?

It isn't designed for use on food equipment and I certainly wouldn't use it on any surface food will touch, although you could use it on other parts of your BBQ. I'd question whether stainless steel needs corrosion protection - are there some non-stainless parts? If you're going to cover the BBQ, it might be better if you treated the rust-vulnerable surfaces with a moisture repellent or simply greased them.

Can it be used on a bicycle chain

FS365 is a protective solution not a lubricant. I suggest a light oil on the chain.

Do you spray on the bike when its wet or dry thank you.

Either, or. I always spray on after cleaning and bike is dry. Keep it away from your brakes!

Will this be ok if it gets into the electrics on a scooter motorcycle

Yes that’s what it’s designed for and despite what people say it is absolutely fine on your brakes you can literally just rinse it from the brakes if paranoid. The film it leaves literally burns off with mild braking after a few brakes like you would do after going through a big puddle.
