Hi. The APS 400 does have twin outlets. Although it is quiet, the pump is noisier than my filter ( a Fluval 306). Hope this helps.

Q: Why do some models have the make tetra written on the box and others tetratac. has tetra changed its name or are these pumps made by another company?

they are all made by the same company. Maybe its to do with different countries language.

Q: Would this work in a 70cm deep tank?

No. Unless theres something wrong with mine, tank is 73cm deep and doesnt power a 12" led air bar
