A lifesaver
this is a very nice scooter. well made, sturdy and I don't know how I would have survived without it when I broke my leg. It's the best way to get around and I got a lot of compliments on the color. love the basket in the front. I used it a lot. I was bound and determined to get around to pick up for myself and clean house so I put things in that basket to move them from room to room while cleaning. Very happy with it. Hope you never need one but if you do, you can't go wrong with this one.

Very sturdy!
Steers very well, dual brakes, solid scooter. The wheels are great for outdoors, for sure. Other scooters have smooth tires which are fine for inside, but this one has great mobility both inside and outside. The shock absorber for the seat is fantastic, it takes bumps both outside and inside (rug to floor) much better than other scooters.. it was simple to assemble myself. It does fold down to put into a vehicle, but it’s a bit heavy for me alone (I’m a little ole lady!), especially since i cannot bear any weight on my foot until it heals… in 6 weeks! highly recommend especially since it was less than half the price I would pay from a local medical supply center which only rents units like this. Im happy to pay less and pass it in to another individual in need. Good purchase. Con: it was delivered in 4 days, even though it was a Prime 2-day delivery item. .

Built sturdy
Three weeks later update: I'm 6'2" at 220 pounds very active guy. Overall I'm happy with this product. Can't say how helpful this scooter has been. I could not have been as active on the crutches. I'm sure I've put a mile or two on this scooter. I did have a wheel bearing blow out, see photos. Amazon has a good warranty and I've got a new cart coming. The wheels have two sealed bearing sets per wheel, I'm thinking I just had one bad one. I've got a six-week (no weight on my foot) recovery and need this scooter fixed for the next 3 weeks. Still feel this is high quality enough for most.I Looked at Amazon a lot of reviews. I hate reviews that don't match the product offered. Amazon has a major problem with this and seems to care little to fix or allow members to note a seller has switched products. Many knee scooters I looked with a did not match the product. Make sure my photo of my scooter matches the product your looking to buy. I'm 6’2” at 220 pound for reference.-i liked the idea of a shock to absorb bumps hit not sure how important this is. I noticed a few other product with the shock weld pulled off the frame. This design looked beefer-I noticed a few other reviews with broken plastic wheel spokes. This one is metal.-i liked the frame was a larger metal oval tubing unlike others that used more of a smaller tubes. I felt this one would be more substantial.-one video I watched you could see the knee pad bending as they used it. I saw a review complaint had a broken knew pad post. I really could not judge the strength of this knee post until I got it and have to say it should be fine.-this one has locking parking breaks and rubber pads hitting the wheels.- Easy to put together. I only had to look at the instructions once to see what side of the wheel the washer went on. The instructions looked a little light and I noticed the called the washer a gasket but I don't expect good English getting stuff from China.Over all I was impressed with the quality and can't see any problems.

Love this knee scooter
I ordered this before my Achilles tendon surgery since I cannot bear weight for 10 weeks. Best money I’ve ever spent!! I feel unstable on crutches. I came home from my surgery & immediately got on my scooter. I liked it so my that I ordered a second one for my downstairs area. Yes, I have to slide down the stairs on my butt, but my 2nd scooter is waiting for me at the bottom of the stairs. I crawl on my knees up the stairs (use knee pads) & my upstairs scooter is waiting for me at the top of the stairs. If you can’t bear weight for awhile, then you need to get this. It was easy to assemble (50 year old female), sturdy, yet lightweight & very easily maneuvered around furniture.

cheaply made product. Get a more expensive one.
There is a MAJOR safety issue with this scooter. The front wheel securing bolt loosens constantly. I have retightened it several times and I'm pretty strong but I couldn't get the bolt tight enough to stay on. I finally had to go to the hardware store for some thread locking LocTight to put on the threads to keep the bolt from unscrewing itself. If you are not careful and don't notice it the front wheel WILL fall off! I can't be the only one with this problem so the company should include the thread locking compound with the assembly kit.The handlbars could be a bit wider to help give better leverage to steer straight because even the edge of a carpet can pull the handlebar away from you should you roll over the carpet with one wheel instead of both wheels at the same time.I haven't had it long and the plastic covering for the cushion is already ripped at a seam. Very cheaply made product using the cheapest materials.I would not buy again. I would pay more for something that is safer. Don't get this scooter.Oh and the stupid shock absorber is not only totally useless (I am 195 pounds and it doesn't move) but it adds needless weight.

Works Great!
I was having ankle surgery and need to get a scooter and this was perfect. Very sturdy. It wasn’t super easy to put it together, but it was mostly do to me, not the scooter. I had waited until past the return window before I even put it together and realized my last piece was missing. I had a hard time getting ahold of anyone, but once I did, they took great care of me (Amazon). I would recommend it, it was easy to steer, and the cushion was good, tires and shocks even. It was exactly what I needed.

Amazing product!
My mother frequently has foot problems that requires her to be off her foot for long periods of time. This product allows her to go about her day with ease! The brakes allow her to stay in one position and not roll away which was an issue she had with other knee scooters, the thicker tires are more sturdy and going over bumps keeps her steady. Overall a great product and would purchase again if needed!
