Superior Quality Vit D
When summer fades so does our daily top-up of vitamin D. It's hard to know which one to pick in a minefield of supplements but this being liposomal with a clean list of ingredients has worked well for me and my kids (half dose). I've staved off horrible colds by keeping on with this, a liposomal C, zinc, low grain diet and a green shake each day.

Tastes of Alcohol
Why is there Ethanol in this? Why is there no unflavoured version (I could not find one) ? I very nearly gave this to someone who is allergic to alcohol. 😵💫 Vitamin D is fat soluble, why bother with water and alcohol? Just put it into MCT oil.

If you need a daily amount of vitamin D then this is the way.
I have personally been made aware that I have to take vitamin D because of the lack of it in my system and I was informed that a good way to take a daily sample was with a small glass bottle of vitamin D and it’s as a small glass tube connected to the plastic screw lid of the bottle which as a squeezer rubber implement on top of the lid so that you’ll be able to suck up the vitamin D liquid into the tube and squeeze the liquid into your open mouth 👄 I have found it’s much better way than taking a capsule or tablet.

didn't notice any significant difference, i think it its best to stick with the lipolife glutathione or vitamin c those are strong with visible effects on your skin, hair and general health.
