Broken bottle, refund denied.
Never ever buy from this brand as they sell broken bottles. When I received my received my package the bottle was broken and it damaged the whole package. The glass bottle was not packed properly. It was wrapped in thin paper. After making me wait for 6 business days they denied refund and the customer service said they cannot do anything in this regard. Worst possible humiliation. It's not just about money but it's about the tendency of stealing and doing fraud.
