Easy to set up
Bought this to do my windows as my window cleaner has gone AWOL. Well worth the money and so easy to use.

Basically OK, but has many shortfalls
Downsides:- You can only feed water/detergent throgh the brush, and NOT the squeege and mop. There are No INSTRUCTIONS for fitting and using the detergent feeder. Changing the brush for the squeege/mop is not fast or easy. They do NOT answer the phone for help.Upsides:- Yet to be found

Con's:Purchased this to replace my poor window cleaner. Does the job if you are only using it occasionally. Heavy and unwieldy when extended. poor extending retaining clamps, as the pole still moves when extended. plastic tube is poor and is too rigid in cold weather.Pro's:Good cleaning brush. Handy if using occasionally.
