What is height of orange juice approx? Its looks to be about 3.5-4inches in the photo next to basket (description says basket height is inches).

Yes, it is approximately 3.5 to 4". I bought it for my granddaughter and by memory, it is equivalent to a small juice glass.

if we buy someting with phrase and music for children can we have it in french

Hello Amazon Customer! Unfortunately we do not carry anything with phrase and music for children in french. Feel free to contact us at review@learningresources.com for any further questions.

are any of these hollow, like if a child were to bite the banana, would it smash flat?

I can't remember if anything is hollow but if so, I can't imagine anything could be smashed flat. The only problem we had was that the milk came our of the glass early on. It's been glued back in and has been fine. I've purchased this - and other similar baskets for my twin grandchildren- starting shortly after their first birthday. They are now 21-months old and continue to play with these items regularly. They understood right away that this is pretend food and they offer the "food" to each other and other family members and guests. The food baskets are among their favorite toys.
