Item is good and works as intended. Heat control knob with 3 settings, works well, although in my use, I have not crossed the 2nd setting - heat is sufficient in 1st setting itself to heal affected muscle.

Faulty product
I used few times only.. and now heat pad is not heating.In the past same product lasted me for long period .This is first time I bought from Amazon

BEWARE: FIRE HAZARD. Didn't survive 15 days.
Control started sparking and burnt with flames in 20 days.Right after the return window.Seems like an older model packed into new packing (one in my hand)Because older one (with more advanced dial) hasn't had any problems. But New one started shorting in 15 days.
