Ooooh it's lovely and warm
Its just arrived and I was eager to set it up. It has 2 legs at the front and it comes with 2 screw on legs for the back. Depending on what type of radiator you have, you might want to fit the back legs to make it stable....I didn't need back legs. The cable is I'd say about 3 meters, I was prepared to get an extension cord but I didn't need one which pleased me. My video shows it on setting no.1, it's a low humming noise, nothing that will distract you and it flows out warm air. It's not blasting the air out but you can feel the warm air if you put your hand near the item. I'm sitting a few feet away from the rad and I can def feel warmer. Setting no.2 is a tiny bit louder and more warm air is being pushed thru the fan. You literally take it out the box, sit it on your radiator and plug it in. Easy to set up On really cold nights, I might have to put it to no.2 but on a normal winter night no.1 feels great I chose this radiator fan opposed to others, as this directs the warm air towards the room, whereas most of the others I looked at, the fans were pointing upwards. I'm so glad I chose this fan, the humming isn't loud/annoying. I could def use this in a bedroom as it isn't loud enough to disturb my sleep I also think this looks smart, not bulky or odd looking It's not an electric heater so don't expect to feel mega hot. This is just redirecting the heat that comes out the top of the radiator, towards the room I'd highly recommend this

Brilliant device
I looked at various options for a radiator fan and this seemed like the best option for our home. The fan is very sturdy and sits on top of the radiator with magnets holding it in place. It isn't overly loud and has 2 speeds settings, we always leave it on the highest. The radiator does vibrate a bit when the fan is on but this is a radiator not the fan. We tried it on other radiators in the house without any vibrating noise. The heat blown out is very considerable and definitely makes a difference to the heat flow in our hallway where it is situated. Our hallway previously very chilly but we can feel a noticeable increase in heat in the area, especially as the radiator is next to the front door. When I put my hand over our radiators without the fan the heat is ok but when the fan is on the heat being blown out is considerably increased. I have linked the fan up to a smart plug too so I can turn it on from my phone when the heating comes on and goes off, I would recommend this to make it more convenient. Some radiator fans come on when the radiator reaches a certain temperature but they are also more costly so a smart plug is a great alternative. There is a nice long power cable too so you can put it quite far away from a plug socket. I have tried the fan in other rooms too but our hallway seemed the best option although I'm thinking of buying another one for our bedroom as the radiator is quite small in there. Overall I would definitely recommend the radiator fan, a simple solution with great results!

Rubbish instrument
Rubbish! Didn't show that you needed a power supply! Not many rooms have sockets close to the radiator! Looks horrible with lead shown ! Not thermostatic controlled so when the boiler stops ie radiator not hot the fan keeps running, resulting in cold air been blown! What stupidity! Do not buy!! Totally waste of time !!

Good but not quite as good as I expected.
I ordered this after seeing a similar thing in one of those home shopping catalogues you find between the pages of magazines. The one I saw blew downwards, which seemed pointless, so I looked for one that blew outwards. On the plus side it seems quite well made and sits neatly on top of the radiator with magnets to hold it in place. And it has two speed settings which is useful. It is also quiet in operation. On the minus side, though it helps to warm up the room faster I think it could blow harder - beyond six feet away I couldn't feel it. Plus as other reviewers have said a thermostat to switch it on automatically when the radiator gets hot would be useful. Instead I have it plugged into a timer switch so it comes on a few minutes after the heating. Finally I think it is a little overpriced for what it is - a metal box with a fan inside powered by an electric motor. Overall though I am glad I bought it.

Great way of moving heat around the room
Does what it says on the box. Very happy with this and will buy a 2nd one for elsewhere in the house. Read other reviews from other buyers and they raise some good points to consider, such as fitting to some form of timer (Hive etc) that way it would turn off. Noise is acceptable given thst if uses a fan to move the air, if you are sat near it it's bearable. The further away its a lot quieter. Very easy to use bug you do need a power source near by, however it does have a 3m power cable.

Disappointing
Having read the reviews on this, the main emphasis was that it was noisy, well I wish it ran that hard to make it noisy, limited air flow, would only recommend this for a room no bigger that 4x4 as that the only size you would get any benefit

Value
Warms the room very nicely doesnt put a lot of heat out but circulates the heat round the room making it warmer
