Smells so nice and helps us set the "tone" for sleep with our toddler. It's part of our bedtime routine to spray his sheets and the scent helps his brain switch to sleep mode.

My daughter likes it. We were having issues with her falling asleep in her own room so we decided to try this out. It's become a part of her nightly bedtime routine. She really loves the scent of it and says it helps her have less bad dreams.

I really wanted to love this sleep spray, but it just isn’t as effective as I hoped it would be. To be fair, I don’t have the full sleep set, so maybe that plays a part. Still, I use a separate lavender body wash and lotion for my child every night, and even with all of that, I haven’t noticed any real results. But I will say the scent is lovely.

The absolute best!! This spray has become a staple for our bedtime routine. I spray it around the room, on my son’s pillow and blankets right before we start to read books and he’s usually out within 30 minutes. It’s helped a ton with him actually staying in his room all night as well. This will always be apart of our bedtime routine. I can also say it works for adults as well! My husband has trouble falling asleep as well, so I started spraying some on his pillow to test it out on him too- works like a charm. He is also out within 20-30 minutes! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product. You will not be disappointed.

In the first place it wouldn’t work, but after some weeks using it I have noticed that my son start’s to sleep better when I spray it in his bedsheets. And now I think it works to show him that when the crib has this smell he can sleep safely. When we went to a cottage for 4 days he slept really good in his travel crib after I use this product in the bedsheets and pajamas.

This definitely works! we have been using this product for over 6 months now and babies do tend to sleep well when sprayed at least 5-10 mins before babies are put to bed. Overall, I would recommend this product for parents who are struggling with their babies not having much sleep time. The fragrance is also quite soothing.

This smells really nice. I can also give you a headache if you sprayed too much. But it does really help my child fall asleep at night.
