Love this book. Packed with information and easy to read and follow treatment steps with pictorial guides. Well worth a look if you're interested in learning reiki or have already been attuned.

Well written Reiki Manual. Clear instructions and photographs.The index has page numbers but unfortunately they have been missed on the pages themselves which is a shame.

Thinking of doing a course on Reiki and after reading this book, it has made me want to do it more.

This level one manual was very helpful to aid learning with my students. Gary and Adele Malone are very clear and detailed in their explanation of theory and the practical application was communicated very well in this manual. I will continue to use with my students BBQ nd also move them on with the level 2 manual.

Great book if you want to do healing for yourself or others. I enjoyed reading this book, it is full of interesting ways you can use Reiki.It guides you through the sequence of Reiki healing for yourself or if you wish to heal others. A good book to set you on the right track,And it you want to go further there's information at the end of the book

There were useful photos that showed hand positions. However sometimes there can be too much information, an example being Reiki Principles. I think most of us can interpret information, whilst this guide presumes you can't, and examples given are personal to the author. I don't remember reading about grounding and protection, protocols for treating children or animals, although it may have been there (or perhaps only applicable in this country), but I just felt I personally didn't want to wade through the information. However, as said photos good, and for the price it does have some useful information.

Adele & Garry Malone have produced an excellent course to start people off on the road to learning about and understanding Reiki.The material is excellent and easy to understand with step by step instructions and pictures to help the reader in their journey.I have all 3 books in the series and find them all excellent.

I am a level III Reiki practitioner but I think it is always important to revise and read the work published by other people, to gain new insights and remind yourself of things you might forget, keeping yourself up to date. This is a good book for such revision, and it is nicely written. I have the other two books in the series as well.

Very good refresher for me! Took the courses over the last couple years, so it was very beneficial for me now as I am starting my Reiki practice soon!Thank you!

This book has an amazing depth and concepts! It sets a great foundation by telling the story of the origins of Reiki, which at first you might want to skip as so many books always seem to fill pages with histories; but the story told in this book is quite compelling and necessary to know in my opinion. There is no fluff, it is engaging!The overall tone and intuitive feel of the content is of a very high frequency. If you are called to learn about Reiki and you have been led to this book series...you have found your home.

A beautifully written book using simple language. The Reiki technique has been very nicely explained. The quotes are very refreshing and thought provoking. A must read for all those who want to experience the healing world of Reiki🙏
