Excellent probiotic! I tried a few different brands. It really made a difference and helped reset my gut where I was having issues with constipation and bloating and my energy levels have improved.

Product worked over night!
Great product my son was sick every week from school. I gave him two capsules a hour apart to attack his immune system. The next day his cough was gone. I continue the process for 1 week but 1 pill a day . He hasnโt been sick for two weeks now . Someone told me about this product so I order it. Thanks someone.

Mild effect
It states you can take with or without food which is good. I took these following a stomach virus, hoping to get gut flora back. Based on this experience, and past previous product use, I think they're just ok. I've taken more effective probiotics. These seem mild. Not bad for price, wasn't effective for me.

Game changer for stinky farts
Game changer for my son. He was having stomach issues and farting all the time, and they smelled awful and his breath always smelled awful even after he brushed his teeth and it was because of the extra sulfur that was in his stomach, and these were recommended to us and helped within a week of taking daily.

I started using this product after I took an antibiotic that caused me some digestive issues that persisted. I visited with a GI specialist and registered dietician who gave me the go-ahead to continue using this product for my situation. I use it twice a day, and I highly recommend it --as long as it fits your unique situation and with the approval of the relevant health care professionals. I am super happy with this product and have made it my go-to probiotic. There is a little it of a wait for the Amazon delivery, as I think this is a UK-based brand, but it is the only one I will use now so it is worth the wait for me!
