Fantastic for adding Cable Chest Flys to my Home Gym
Great purchase, I used them to add cable chest fly variations to my power cage. I've only used them up to 90lbs with 2 pulley blocks and 2 cables so it splits the work for each arm. I also make sure to lube the cable if it ever starts feeling like it's scraping. With good maintainence its very smooth, durable, worth the money.
