Exactly what I needed for my workouts at home and at the gym! Different strengths and colours which is great. Not used them for long but seem strong and not like they will break easy. We’re also delivered very quickly and comes with a handy little pouch.

Good quality bands, just watch out as they are about 30cm each so not big enough for what I needed, but I'm sure I will find another use.

Good product but the X strong one is the only one worth using and even that feels weak! Also not the cheapest on amazon with high postage!

The resistance bands are really good, I use them 3/4 times a week, and they have stayed the same. Very happy with them.

Good quality resistance bands, the light and medium are very light so I have used the heavy and working to x heavy :) the leaflet with examples of how to use them is useful.

No issues . V good green easy to use. Normally use blue and red .working up to black

Ottimo prodotto per chi vuole dilettarsi a fare qualche esercizio funzionale. Le bande elastiche sono resistenti e di buona fattura. Io sono un Personal Trainer e le uso moltissimo. Ottime per i circuito di gambe, e per gli esercizi per i glutei. Utilizzabili anche per i bicipiti e tricipiti.

Buon prodotto e soprattutto buonissimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Ci sono 4 diversi livelli di intensità, il che è ottimo per poter fare diversi tipi di allenamento, contentissima dell'acquisto!

Die fitness bänder sind sehr gut und auch fie verschiedenen stärken machen das training ausergewöhnlich. Einen stern abzug gibt es jedoch gür den starken gummi geruch der schon etwas unangenehm war

prodotto veramente buono, di buona fattura e con materiali di qualita. lo consiglio! sarebbe fantistico se il produttore facesse anche la versione piu grande delle bande elastiche.
