45mm wide, 15 mm high, 450mm length.

Does it include screws?

No it does not include screws as the type of screw can change depending on what is fastened to, and how the cactus strips are fitted

Will this work to stop pigeons?

I have noticed that birds in general will not stand on the spikes so I guess Pigeons would be the same, it certainly stops the cats.
