RAC Pet Carrier, Large

Fantastic product been having difficulty with our cat trying to get a plastic one for some reason he Refused to use a none plastic cage . He can see through the cage he loves it left it out for him he went and slept it which is not him . It can be used on any small animal we have used it for a cat it could be used for a small dog or rabbit or any really fantastic is my thoughts well built great price Love how you could tie it down has there are point on cage for this to happen.

Very good carrier,sturdy,easy to assemble,plenty room inside for big cat or 2 even.Plenty ventilation,lots of places where you can attach the carrier in car etc.Very pleased.

I expected better from an RAC product. Carrier is a good size for our small dog and was easy to put together, however the problems came when we tried to use it as a carrier. The plastic is not strong enough and pulls upwards when using the carry handle, this stretches the carrier and therefore the door promptly falls off, our of its hinges... EVERY TIME! Not so great when this is supposed to keep your pet contained. After two or three very stressful journeys we abandoned this product as a carrier and could only use it in the car. Extremely disappointing and a huge waste of money.

I bought two of these carriers to transport my cats (I already had one, bought from a charity shop). They arrived promptly in one box. As per other reviews, they are fiddly to put together, one of the clips came off the side of one of the carriers and I had to dismantle the carrier to re-attach it. The food bowl on one was fine, but on the second carrier one of the clips broke off as I was putting it on the door. Once put together they feel sturdy. I like these carriers because you can put a seatbelt through.

We have previously bought a RAC carrier but needed a newer version as we had lost some parts from our older one. This did not disappoint they have improved it so the door is easier to open and the sides are easier to clip I definately can recommend this as this is a great carrier and perfect for our bunnies

I needed a larger pet carrier for 2 growing kittens, on reading the reviews this one seemed OK; however, 10% of the reviews mentioned missing clip(s), and I thought [wrongly] that the manufacturer would have sorted that problem - seems I should not have counted on them any more than their ability to count up to 5! If I do not get the clip from them, carrier will be returned.

Bought this cos I'm movin and needed 2 carriers due to the fact that I have two cats that dislike eachother. I ordered one thinking it might not be as big or strong as o need.. Well I have to say that I'm thrilled and just ordered the second carrier. Although the cats are happy to play in the boxes that they are delivered in.. Lol.. Fast delivery.. Strong an sturdy carriers. Would recommend highly. Also has features to promote the use of a seat belt for when traveling for obvious safety reasons. Comes complete with little feedin dish that hooks onto the caged front.

It's a good size and it does the job. Just the only downside for me is the front gate isn't that secure. If my cat wants to get out all he has to do is push up against it and the whole bloody thing falls off! thankfully he's only done it at home but if he did it near a road or anything i'd hate to think what would happen. It's only used for the vets rarely so I guess it will do for that.
