Great game and good combo of DoW1 and DoW2

A very good game - only disappointment was that it felt a little short (took me around 15 hours to complete the main campaign)
It's a good game if you give it a chance, but in no way is it the best strategy game out there. The good thing about this new addition is that base building is now a little more centre stage compared to the previous DoW II and so I felt like I had a little more control to manage my armies and try to find more resources to add additional upgrades to the units. This time in the campaign you have to play all three races, Space Marines, Orks and Eldars, where each mission in the campaign focus on one faction at a time. But I actually really liked that since in the past I always ended up playing Space Marines and this time I had to play all three in order to complete the campaign and it was actually fun learning about the differences between all three factions. The last campaign brings all three factions together in a massive stand off again a much eviller entity and so it's your own interest to learn more about each faction. It's a great experience and now that it is on discount, you should definitively buy it!

Looks ok but just no attachment to units and a bit boring
After a good while without a pc to play this on, I finally have one and got this at the first chance. I really enjoyed dawn or war 1 and 2, 2 was rather different but did make it more strategic. This game on the other hand just feels like Starcraft. It looks ok but rather limited compared to 2, the animations are good and it won't say it's ugly. I just don't feel the attachment to my units, they seem flat and boring in comparison to 2, when you get the titans you would expect them to be amazing, but they are on par with a tank, just loads of armour. I have played a few Campaign levels, then Wanted to see all the space marine units so have been playing them in an skirmish. I'm actually a bit bored now, so the enjoyment is not long lived. In comparison I can still play dawn of war 2, day after day and still find it great fun.

Rubbish
What an awful game. Weird type old style graphics, game play pants just dont buy it. Sega and the developers need to be held to account here! Dont buy it I sent mine back and got a refund!

Too hard to enjoy
I loved the original game and was very excited to play this one but found the game too hard even on casual mode. The tutorials do nothing to prepare you for the difficulty of the actual game and after a few tries I come away completely disappointed. It could have been a really good game. It just needed an easier setting to allow people to get the hang of the controls and the gameplay before moving up through the difficulties. Or a longer and better set of tutorials.
