So comfortable - Graet heat
Best purchase ever! I replaced an old plastic heating pad. This heating pad did wonders on my sore back. The fabric cover is very soft and the handles make is easy to adjust the location of the pad. Great product!

Hot Enough!
It gets hot enough. I keep it on 3 or 4. I can't imagine anyone wanting it hotter, but it goes up to 6. I use it all day and night most days. It says not to put it under you, but I put it under my neck and upper back. I keep another just like it at my daughter's house for when I visit. I've had them about a year now.

Soft & comfortable to relieve pain in any area
I liked the product as it is oversized and is washable. Very soft and comfy to the touch. I would recommend this heating pad to those with chronic pain.

Over heats, will stop working after a few months of on and off use.
I ordered this heating pad just short of a year ago, today I went to use it, and it would not turn on, it was blinking with a P on it instead of the numbers for the heat level, it began to smell like it was burning, I unplugged it and waited a while and tried again, the same thing happened multiple times, I’m very disappointed because I loved using this thing, there was times where it would get too hot and almost burned me though so be careful and don’t fall asleep with it on you. Amazon customer support did a great job helping me with my problem, but I just want to warn other people that there is a chance that it will eventually stop working or overheat.

Trash
Ive had this product a month and a half and only used it twice and now it won’t even turn on. Garbage and a waste of money. Of course it lasted just outside of the return window.
