Nice teapot
Looks great very stylish. It doesn’t keep the tea very warm so even though it holds enough for 2 mugs when you go back for a top a up its gone cold.

EXCELLENT
A very well made and well designed teapot, an ideal size for 2 people, of good construction and am very pleased. Compared to others currently for sale this one is in my opinion of much better quality and good value for money and would highly recommend to anyone looking for something that will serve its purpose, look good on the table and last for a long time. The design is such that the lid fits tightly and doesn't fall off, the diffuser is an ideal size for all types of loose tea and the handle is easy to hold and doesn't get hot. Perfect design.

No regrets on this fab teapot
Love this small teapot. It looks so sleek in the kitchen. It's nice to hold and easy to clean. The strainer is inside and rinses easily. I like that the pot doesn't drip, I don't know how I put up with a dripping teapot for so long. I love it so much I'm going to buy a second for a present with some special loose teas. It makes a good two mugs.

Decent, but could be better.
Item not quite as high-end as it appears. Small rust spots on lid, polished out but you shouldn't have to do that out of the box. Welds at the handle and spout are mediocre. Pours very well, no dripping. Loses heat quickly Luke to its steel construction, unavoidable if that is the finish you want though. Holds about two average mugs. Have owned for just over a week so I can't comment on longevity.

Poorly designed teapot
This is a lovely looking teapot. Unfortunately I recycled the box before using this for the first time. Upon closer inspection I realised the wrong size had been sent (1litre), no matter, I intended to partially fill it! However this "plan B" does not work as the infuser basket does not sit deep enough to cover the tea leaves so the tea is weak (my taste is for strong tea). "Plan C" was to do without the basket and use a strainer, this works up to a point, it is possible to make half a pot of tea of the required strength, but getting the used leaves out requires quite a bit of time and patience as the lip that the infuser basket sits on forms a barrier which the leaves catch on. I think this may end up in the charity shop!

Poor finish
Advertised as a “satin polish” finish but the item I received was aesthetically poor. Very rough finish that almost looked as if it had been polished with an abrasive material. Covered in swirl marks. The knob on the lid was loose and will clearly unscrew each time it’s handled. I’m keeping the item but if you’re style conscious the one I received would not impress you.

Very nice teapot
A lovely little teapot. Attractive, easy to clean and makes a good cup of tea. We got the medium size, which on first sight, looked rather small, but it does three mugs of tea plus a little over. For a four plus family I would definitely buy large. Far better tea and looks more durable, than our previous pot with a plastic insert.

Disappointed given the price
I paid little extra for this teapot thinking that I was getting a very good quality product, however I was disappointed when I received it. It had a black grubby on the outer surface and there were some small rust spots where the knob for the lid is joined to the lid. Also, you need to fill the teapot right up to the top in order to cover the tealeaves, which is not very useful if you just want to make one cup of tea as the water does not reach. The mesh itself also let's through quite a lot of tealeaves. I have actually stopped using it and am using the tea leave holders that you dangle in. Not sure why, but they seem to make a better cup of tea....
