How do I mount the drawer piece? Glue? Screws?

Trim both pieces so it will close properly. Drill pilot holes, if needed, in the hardwood slide so you do not split the wood. Put screws where they will not obstruct operation.

Do you get enough to handle one drawer or two drawers?

There were 2 slides in each pkg. I elected to use two slides on each drawer because it made the drawers feel "less wobbly" when opening and closing. Probably could have got by with one slide per drawer. But, I would still use two per drawer if I was doing it again. BTW, they worked very well. Hope this helps.

What is the total thickness of both (i have 3/4" or so space between the two pieces, i think this is going to be tight?)

It was difficult to measure as it is already installed, but I think it is a bit over 3/4"....about 1/16". This was too much to make miNE perfect, but my old one was a thin piece of metal and the wood which totaled around 7/16". Still haven't found my solution, but this one works.

How does this mount to the back of the cabinet with only one bracket?

The bracket mounts to bottom of drawer and the wood strip inside the cabinet.
