Large handle. Feel really good in the hands. Very sharp. Trimmed the fat from fajitas easily. Material feels very durable. Feels like a bigger Victorinox Fibrox but with cool colors. Priced very reasonable. I will look into their other knives. Do recommend.

I bought one of these a while back...we butchered a couple hogs, and ordered another as a spare if anything were to happen to the first one..ive never actually sharpened it just a steel hone to straighten the edge up and keep slicing away...they are damn good for the price!!

I keep it sharp and use it often. Does a great job boning chicken thighs.

Sharp knife and easy to handle, bit heavy but is a longer knife, plastic handle lets you hold really well to the knife

Picked this knife for trimming meat for bbq . It is very sharp and the grip on the handle is one of the most comfortable knives I've held. I highly recommend this boning knife.

This knife definitely exceeded expectations. Held an edge through butchering almost a full 1200 pound beef. I will be buying more of these knives. Highly recommend.

so far this product is garbage, in the sense that even out of the box, it was not sharp. that i can deal with but... iam not convinced the steel will be any good to get this knife sharp. tried to sharpen this knife using a whet stone and it will not sharpen. this product is complete trash. DO NOT BUY!!!
