The design, the quality, the look, height and everything about this 3 burner stove are perfect. The only thing I observed is, when I'm trying to put the flame from sim to high or high to sim by turning the knob slowly, the flame goes off. This is happening with all the 3 burners. And the steel plates placed for support to burners are also not fixed correctly. They are a bit shaky and loose. Hope the product company checks it..

I purchased this gas stove about a year ago, and I am writing this review after one year of use because I am extremely frustrated with the product and the after-sales service. Unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 burners are no longer working properly. I raised a service request through both phone and WhatsApp and followed up with customer support multiple times. Every customer care representative assured me that a technician would visit "today," but it has been more than two weeks, and no technician has come to repair the stove. I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales service. The stove worked as expected for the first year, which is the only reason I'm giving it 1 star. However, the service support has been extremely poor, and no one seems to take responsibility for resolving the issue. I strongly recommend that others avoid buying this product unless the company significantly improves its customer service and support.

The gas stove has a nice build quality and overall performance is good. It feels sturdy, well-designed, and works efficiently for daily cooking needs. Suggestion for improvement: Many customers today prefer pipeline gas (PNG). Currently, after purchasing, we need to convert it from LPG to PNG, which can be a bit inconvenient. It would be much better if the product is also available as a direct PNG variant (not just compatible). This would make the buying process easier and remove the extra hassle of conversion. Overall, a good product with solid quality, but offering a ready-to-use PNG option would make it even better.
