I have had the battery for about two days now, and it is fully charged and working properly. As only time will tell, I plan to update this review in a about a month with any news. I purchased this NinjaBatt Laptop Battery HSTNN-C17C for a Compaq Presario V6210US notebook. Not wanting to invest a lot of money into this older Notebook, purchasing this battery was part of a plan to inexpensively repurpose it for someone who cannot afford a new computer. Part of this update was also to install Linux Mint OS, and the battery was recognized by the OS and has its capacity properly displayed. In closing, the $24.99 price tag was just right and allowed me to give new life to this notebook. Thank you NinjaBatt!

The battery was the right size & now my laptop works well without the cord.

The battery works well but the battery life is a little on the short side (just like the OEM battery) but the price is right so it meets my needs.

Was as advertised, easy to install, fair value. Turned out to be a cord issue for us, not battery, so cannot comment on battery life, but seems good so far!

when i first purchased this item it failed right out of the box. I reached out about the failure and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. The second one worked as expected.

It is nice to have unplugged ability again in my old laptop. While it doesn't last hours it is enough to turn on check email or look up something on the internet on my old laptop without having to plug it in.
