Espresso drinkers, any recommendations for extraction? I’ve been running this at 30 seconds 18g 1:2. Wonder wether I should go shorter?

Hi there, as to whether it’s the same as Costa I don’t know but it is a reliable coffee we brew it to medium on our filter coffee maker it being too strong for us otherwise but it is a lovely mellow brew that is very acceptable any time if the day. More reminiscent of Lazy Sunday twinings
