The media could not be loaded. I wore my watch at my nephews wedding on the 12/07/25 for the first time and the strap broke and unbeknown to me the watch fell off my wrist ! Luckily a guest attending the same wedding handed it to the entailments and they made it known they had the watch . I feel so sad I was so exited to own it I think that you should be aware of the faulty bracelet and as a gesture of good will advice me what can be done as a costumer I love your brand and iv always been happy with bags and clothes and shoes iv bought please can you get back to me acknowledging my sincere and honest complaint I would appreciate your help and advice the watch amazing and everyone complimented me but now I’m sad that I can’t even take it on holiday with .
