This was a bit tougher than I expected, but it is still great. Especially for the money! The texture was something I didn’t expect but the cooling of the gel like material is actually quite soothing on the hands

Good for exercising hands and fingers, just hope I'm doing it correctly...

Bought this for my mum. She said it was good but preferred the heated mittens. My nephew now uses it to play.

Nothing wrong with the hand ball exerciser but I was expecting it to be softer. It was only after receiving it and seeing the packaging that I realised there were different colour balls for different strengths i.e. Pink was soft, this green colour was medium strength, however, for medium I still thought it not that soft.

The resistance is ok, maybe a little soft but I have been using this after nerve decompression surgery. My main issue with it is the size it is too small and so does not work all fingers properly at the same time. I do not have giant hands so this may be an issue for others.

this is a very firm ball so not very soft to swash. Depending on what kind of resistance you need, it is good for strength building.

I bought this for my wife who has arthritis & I presumed that with this in mind that the medium ball would be ok but it’s still to firm. The response from the seller was great & I will definitely buy from this seller again.
