I want to change the plus cylinder lenses into plus spheric lenses ...is that possible?

It comes with both types of lenses.

Anyone know if theses are FSA eligible, if one is buying for personal diagnostic use?

I would check the rules of my FSA if I wanted to deduct the cost, not others

Can the frame hold 2 lenses per eye> for example, if i insert a -7,00 d sphere , can i also insert an -0.25d sphere as well?

The frame holds three sets of lenses. However, the frame is very flimsy plastic. If the frame will be used frequently, it might be best to purchase one that is sturdier.

What is the combination to the lock?

These things generally come factory-set with "000" as the combination, which mine did. I never changed it because I am not traveling with it - it lives in my office. If yours did not - good luck, as there are of course 1,000 possible.
