Fencing Body Cord for Saber/Foil 2 pin, 5 Cords per Package, Green

Great bodycord, these last for months before needing basic repair work done. They also come in my favorite color green! These last longer than any of the recent Allstar or Uhllman cords I purchased. I am the head coach of a fencing club in Southern California, and the begginers tested 2 of these cords. They take horrible care of cords, and these lasted longer than any other cord in the bin!

These are my favorite inexpensive cords by far. Way better than similarly priced ones that have a really cheap plastic feel and are stiff going into the reels. My only issue has been the spring and retaining clip have come loose a couple times and it fell apart. I've miraculously found all the components twice. I'm afraid it can't be tightened fully and I'll have to check it at each use, which is a drag. Still a nice cord, that aside.

I've found these to be just as durable as body cords that cost two or three times more. And when it comes time for the inevitable repair -- snip and reconnect -- they are easy to work on. Cords strip cleanly and pins fit back into plug with no wrestling -- David Wharton.

so far all chords are working fine - happy for their price

Reasonable price w. acceptable quality.

este equipo no tiene nada que envidiar a ningun equipo existente los recomiendo totalmente

I used to go through body cords pretty regularly, but I saw a couple of people using this brand at my last tournament and thought I'd give it a try. Six months later there's no sign of wear and tear. I love this body cord. Prongs are a bit thicker so the connection is good. The cord is clipped down, soldered and reinforced. Not sure why all manufacturers don't do that. Never going back to those blue or orange cords.
