I ordered these bands to use them for my elderly clients as some of them lack of mobility and aren’t able to use dumbbells or machines. These bands are amazing, they do the job. People are happy with them too.

Very strong resistant bands. Useful for home workouts.

I used this band twice a week to do "deadlifts" and oblique stretches. It definitely provided the resistance but sadly it snapped a few days ago (around end June 2023). I gave 4/5 as I'm sure there are more durable bands, but it otherwise did what I wanted.

Work as expected

I bought these as an alternative to use at home instead of my daily outdoor walk and exercise routine in bad weather. I’ve now had to use them 4 days in successions and find them challenging but not impossible for an unfit oldie like myself with the gradings being accurate for myself. I would recommend to others of a similar age (66) and a minimum level of fitness to myself!

I bought these bands for my girlfriend to start doing pull-ups as she was struggling without and after 6 weeks of using various bands she achieved her goal of doing unassisted pull-ups

Great quality product, tested for a variety of exercises

Arrived quickly and a good price. The bands are strong and offer good resistance when exercising. Have now been using for 3 weeks and they have made a big difference to my home weight training workout so I would definitely recommend. My only small issue is that the thicker bands can make my hands sore but I will resolve this with training gloves. Overall good product.

Exactly as advertised. Good quality resistance bands that can be used for stretching, rehab, or working out. Fully expect these to last a long long time and will happily replace them when needed. Some of the best value resistance bands I could find.

Very good quality resistance bands and great value for money. The set comes with 4 different bands allowing the user differing levels of resistance for different machines and uses. I’m really pleased with them.

Very helpful to improve my form on pull ups

Bought these resistance bands when there was a promotion, it is good value for money considering you get 4 bands of different colour and resistance. Came well packaged with a black pouch for storage. The bands seem strong and durable, however not used them that many times yet, but overall very happy with the product.
