Great price works great saves time

My usage is different than others. I have an old NICAD 18v battery drill that I didn't want to replace the expensive batteries. I've unfortunately moved on to dewalt tools and got locked into their system because Makita didn't have the variety of tools I was looking for at the time. Anyway, my need was a NI-CAD adapter to a new makita battery to a dewalt. I purchased those two adapters and they work great with my almost 30 year old drill. I hate dewalt (too many bad tools over the last 10 years), and I'd love to switch to makita, so maybe this is a good first step. Either way I'm happy that this part of the combo worked for me.

First off this thing fits good perfect no problems like others I've had before where they don't want to slide together or come back apart. Doesn't seem to cause any unnecessary drain on the battery so the battery life is still good. It works well it doesn't cut out and it operates every time I use it. It seems to be made with decent materials as far as internals. Some people don't like these because it adds too much bulk to their guns but in my case where I use it around the house I can use a smaller dewalt battery on my 14-year-old Makita driver. I will update if I have any issues with the attachment itself. I've told other people that I work with and I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Wow, this little thing saved me a bunch of money. First of all I really like my Makita string trimmer. But, my primary cordless tool platform is DeWalt. While the 4.0 AH battery that came with the string trimmer holds up reasonably well, there are times I’d like to trim a little longer and in heavier cover. This adapter gives me that opportunity. It adds little to no extra weight and adapts the DeWalt 20 volt max batteries perfectly. I’m very impressed!

Our Company mainly runs the “YELLOW” brand of tools with some Makita mixed in…. We have a remote jobsite that is 2 days drive from anywhere.. Boss picked up, Lanterns, MICROwave, Coffeemakers and kettles all from MAkita for the crew to use.. 2 days before leaving for the job, we had a theft from the shop and all the BAtteries (makita/Milwaukee) were taken.. Picked up 12 of these as no-one had stock of the batteries we needed. With our Dewalt batteries and these adapters everything works like a dream, fits like a glove and even the super heavy duty draw of the MICROWAVE didnt melt/heat/destroy the adapters, they JUST WORKED.

Fits as expected to use my Milwaukee batteries on my Makita drill and impact

Used a Makita type leaf blower on a full brand new DeWalt clone battery with this adapter. Ran the battery to dead status with the button kept pressed without pause for 18 minutes. No warming up of this part, tool; very slight warming of the battery. DeWalt clone battery fit perfectly on to this, and this fit perfectly on to the Makita battery tool.

Battery is kinda loose but it truly works like it should

Excellent! Worked like it's supposed to. This is a great coverter worked first time I tried it. I used my DeWalt 20v battery to Makita so I could use a Blower I got that only took Makita battery's. I would recommend this to my friends! (I only take pictures, If I think I can take better product pictures in the ad and don't show off the item ect. Or different types of pictures of what the other reviews before me have taken.)
