I’ve had my Dell Inspiron 7300 2n1 for six years now and earlier this year my battery started jumping from around 70 - 80% to less than 10 percent. Giving me an hour tops of battery life. I’m very hesitant with third party batteries, because the quality can vary greatly. This battery (at least the one I received) holds charge exactly as I expected with the original, before it degraded. And holds charge exceptionally well. I fully charged my laptop and left it for about two weeks, not requiring it as much anymore, I turned it on this morning to find it at 98%. Two weeks sitting and it only lost 2% drain. That is impressive. If this model fits your laptop, I definitely recommend it.

I bought this “68Wh” replacement battery for my Dell Latitude 5501. It installs fine and charges to 100%, but the performance is completely unacceptable. Here is actual data from my battery report: 09:55 → 99% (48,245 mWh) 10:26 → 77% (37,149 mWh) 11:16 → 58% (27,983 mWh) 11:52 → 36% (17,298 mWh) That means it dropped from ~100% to 36% in less than 2 hours of light/normal use. This is NOT normal for a 68Wh battery. In addition: The battery drains extremely fast even in standby. The percentage is unstable and sometimes drops suddenly. Real battery life is around 2 hours (should be 5+ hours for this laptop). I performed proper calibration cycles and updated BIOS, so this is not a system issue. The problem is clearly the battery itself. The reported full charge capacity is far below design capacity, and the discharge curve is inconsistent, which strongly suggests low-quality or defective cells. This product is misleading. It may say 68Wh, but it does not perform anywhere close to that. Avoid this battery and invest in a higher-quality or genuine Dell replacement. You will save yourself time, frustration, and money

Dell 60wh MXV9V Battery seems to be good, not great. The performance is good for first couple of weeks. I do notice a reduction in performance after a three plus weeks of operation. I notice battery estimate operating time vary in a declining behavior over time. Decent battery for the price, OEM may be a better option.

This battery was a perfect replica of the original. Funny enough, the numbers font match. But everything aligns. The old battery started going downhill fast. It would only give maybe 2hrs of actual runtime. Coming from maybe 10hrs when I first bought the laptop 3 years ago "renewed". The battery arrived 50% charged. Windows estimated 7hrs based on that. If I can get back to my consistent 10hrs of charge then I'll be in heaven. Let's see how long this one lasts.

Fit perfect and seem to work. NOTE: This is only the Battery, the connecting Cable is NOT included. So if you still have the laptop with the old battery, this will work. If you have just the laptop, chances are, the cable is not there as it is somewhat integrated into the battery and has to be removed and transferred to the new one.

Ya tenia mas de 6 años con la bateria de fabrica de mi laptop y la bateria ya solo duraba 15-20 minutos, por lo que siempre necesitaba tener un enchufe disponible para poder trabajar con mi laptop. Estoy probando como me va con esta nueva bateria. Para empezar ya hice el ciclo completo de carga/descarga y mi percepcion fue que se renovó la vida util de mi laptop. El primer ciclo se cargo bastante rapido con un cargador original de DELL (El de mi laptop) y la batería duro alrededor de 7 horas. Durante ese tiempo tuvo periodos de consumo alto usando AutoCAD y Excel (Libros con bastantes registros). Me ha funcionado perfectamente durante estas semanas. Si algo llegará a fallar, actualizaré la publicación. Recomendación: Validar muy bien el modelo para evitar comprar una bateria no compatible.
