This is a simple phone for people who dont need the higher end phones works good charges good battery quality durability is rugged phone. Pricing is good for this phone.

This is a bad phone, even for a basic phone. First, the call experience is poor, people on the other side always complain about the audio cutting in and out, though if you turn on the speakerphone, then it works. But what if I would rather not be on the speakerphone? Secondly, the phone doesn't allow you to talk on the phone using bluetooth earphones unless you keep the phone open the entire time. Third, the brightness control is just totally broken. When you change it, the brightness randomly goes up and down.

Not always so clear

If you are looking for an easy to use operating system - this phone is NOT it. OS is fabulously complicated. the phone works fine but I don't understand the engineering design of the operating system. Far more complex than any other phone I have ever used. By comparison, iPhone or google Pixel are simple. Blu may be a flip phone but does not act as such. You have been warned.
