Actually fluffy
The tutu arrived flat and I was worried it would look cheap and lifeless, but I took a few minutes to separate and fluff each panel and the tutu gained a lot of volume. I highly recommend

Under the tutu the lining rip idk why but all the lining split I just removed itWas a little big but comfortable

Super cute tutu for a bee costume! Fit perfect. I did notice in pictures that the color wasn’t disbursed the best… so just check in mirror before wearing (i.e. more yellow in one spot).

it was great fit as expected did have shorts Underneath it since I was wearing it to my job for a Christmas in July party day. Was not itchy or scratchy at all very comfortable since I had to be sitting at my desk for work and it will be using it again for a holiday or Christmas in July stuff
