DOES NOT WORK WITH 27” i Mack
This is a great product if ur using a feather light monitor. The allen key to tighten adjustment doesn’t tighten up enough for my iMac computer it just flops over I am greatly disappointed and out the expense plus cost for iMac adapter made by same company so it’s supposed to work yet im quite sure manufacturing didn’t test it first before marketing.

Better than I expected but not perfect.
This would be a five star expect for the fact that the keyboard tray doesn't like to stay in position It frequently sags towards the floor and leaves the keyboard at a angle you cant type at. Everything else seems to be just fine. One tip though is the arms have an upward angle to mount the monitor and keyboard. So consider this in when choosing the height of the wall rail or you might find it mounted higher than expected.

Love it.
I’ve been using for a few months and am very happy with the purchase. Sturdy and easy to adjust, I have attached to the wall next o my desk. Allows me to lean back in my desk chair and bring the monitor close enough so I don’t have to wear my distance glasses, has helped stop my back pain. Only drawback is when I have the keyboard tray tilted down the mouse will slide off when not in use.

Keyboard tray leaves you wanting.
As a keyboard/monitor stand this works really well as a dual monitor stand that you need to move around a lot. The sit stand lifts are a little touchy, but they work after adjusting. It is a sturdy unit so I expect it to hold up for quite a while. The major problem is the keyboard tray. First off, they way it is put together they expect you to velcro the keyboard in place. We opted to flip the tray around so there was a little lip to rest the equipment on. The second major problem is two of the units hold the keyboard tray level and sturdy, but the third one does not, it droops and the replacement we got droops also. We have learned to work around that one, but will probably look to get a different model in the future.

Waste of time and money!
This monitor and keyboard wall mount was simply awful. First, the instruction manual is quite useless. I had to use the video and watch many times with starts and stops, to make sure about the parts to put together. Then, all the etogether. Then, all the extra screws, bolts, etc. are in separate bags but aren't labeled or numbers. The instruction manual tells you to use this "mm" size screw however you have to sort of guess which one is correct. The articulation on the pieces was quite difficult to get loosened and some I could not get to budge. Also, the pre-assembled pieces on arms seemed to be completely incorrect. Could not get them to align properly so that the monitor or keyboard would be facing the correct direction. Could not get the screws mounting the monitor arm to screw down tightly. It was a very frustrating experience! I absolutely would not buy from this company again.

The perfect workstation mounting system
We use these computer mounting systems for workstations in our office. They are fully adjustable and very sturdy. We really like that you can swivel the mounts so that the monitor and keyboard are flush against the wall and easily pull them back out when needed. Previously, we would mount the monitor to the wall and install a shelf for the keyboard. It was very limiting and not adjustable. We are now converting all of our computer stations to this mounting system. This is the third one we have purchased and installed and plan on buying more.

Keyboard tray is garbage.
Using for a golf simulator cage to attach to the electrical conduit pipe to get the computer off the desk and free the area up. My complaints have nothing to do with how it is mounted. The arm does not hold the HP 27” touch screen all in one computer because of the weight which I fully expected. It is working great for that part however. Just have to let the arm rest down. The complaint is the keyboard tray friction screw arm adjustment. I have cranked this down tight and it will not hold the tray in any position that keeps the mouse from sliding off. The keyboard stays secondary to Velcro. I will find a away to fix the problem but out of the box the keyboard tray is garbage. However nothing else I have found would have worked for this specific application so overall happy but if I was using for a regular wall mount and an LED screen I would have sent back.

Love these! Have two of them.
I'm a healthcare practitioner that stands in treatment rooms during encounters with patients. Excellent way to record treatment notes. Gives a very sleek, modern look to my office and draws numerous compliments. There can be a slight bit of tray bouncing while typing, but you get used to it. Also very handy with a large monitor to be able to swing the display arm over to patients to show them an informative picture from the internet rather than having charts on your wall that don't change and may not convey what you're trying to show someone.

Okay with issues.
They keyboard tray cannot be set level unless you wedge the included Allen key, really disappointing problem. It is serving well otherwise.

Great for small work areas
Brought for our pet grooming shop in the back area for staff use and it works great. Almost a year now and no issues with it at all, apart from they could have a bar across the front for the keyboard to sit on, rather then velcro stickers. It tucks back away nicely, you just have to tweak it so you get the tension right, which is where the assembly is a little trickier. Its a great buy for a small space saving area and works well for light use ase the keyboard platform is not meant for lots of use.

Works well enough
Durable enough and installation wasn't complicated, but I would prefer more stability for the keyboard. I expected a bit of wobbliness compared to a traditional keyboard setup, but there is a little more bounce when typing than I would like. I particularly like the ability to adjust the tension on both the monitor and keyboard arms.
