A few months ago had my stereo stolen. As I already have an amp and speaker set, and all my music on my phone I decided why spend more money on another headunit that might get stolen again and doesn't contain all my music, so I bought this, it's wide enough and deep enough to hold my phone when I'm not using it as GPS in it's dock. Its also just about the right size for a pair of glasses.Couldn't be simpler to fit, just pushes into the DIN slot.

Although the price was excellent (half that of some others), it wasn't a good fit.The bezel was not of sufficient size to prevent whole thing going through the DIN opening in the dashboard and because it was so loose, it flopped around inside the opening.Made it fit by attaching a suitable length of dowel to locate in bracket behind dash to keep it horizontal and by fitting some foam strip to sides to make a tighter fit in opening.Lucky I had the foam strip and can DIY, so nice fit now for £7.Would the £14 versions have been better? Who knows?

Slotted into empty hole in scirocco

Bought for a VW Polo 2008. Unit doesn’t have the multiple locating ridges shown in the photo, just a single clip. As a result unless your car’s facia is exactly the right thickness it will not securely clip in place. Had to wedge in as best I could with wadding rather than return as that would be far too much hassle for what should be a quick small job.

Handy shelf for odds and sods and keeps single din stereo in place happy days.

Its great and does the job but just doesn’t fit my car perfectly, it’s just ever so slightly tilted but honestly it’s not that big of a deal.

Fills up the hole under my single din radio in a double din hole

Does not fit under my Sony head unit ( single din ) into a double din frame. Runs on all corners with the frame .Disappointed
