SVR PALPEBRAL Soothing Eczema Eye Cream for Dry, Sensitive, Itchy, Flaky Eyelids Prone to Irritation and Blepharitis, Steroid-free Formula, 15ml

Used this cream for dry sore eyelids which flares up every autumn /winter. I had been using E45 (to no effect) until I read it's not appropriate for eyelids. The tube is very small but you only need a tiny amount for each eyelid, so good value really. Using this twice a day cleared the dry skin and eased the soreness very well. Highly recommended.

Ok, who invented this stuff because toy have literally saved me from months now of sore eyelids, irritated corners of eyes, painful blinking, inability to wear the tiniest scrap of eye liner and a myriad of other issues that I had been experiencing, for the the first time in my life. I do wear contact lenses, and had recently changed solution and thought this had never been an issue, or so I thought, it was the only change I had made, and a few months down the line I realised I was sore eyed and feeling very sorry for myself. I almost had little (how can I describe them?) red score marks where you would normally do an eyeliner flick, yet I don't flick, so it was not from that. I think another reviewer said that they had felt relief the following morning following first application at night, and that had been one of many reasons I thought I would try it. And for me, the same is true. Received on Feb 27 late pm, applied that same night, and the next morning I felt a vast, and I mean vast, improvement. I have had the most stubborn of dry lines on one eyelid and it was so rough and sore. This morning (1st March), it is not there. Just checking now to see how it feels as it is now pm 1st March and it feels smooth, not a rough bit in sight (or feel I should say). Price wise, (because I am still in single parent mode some 35 years later 'I can't afford that'), I think maybe it will put off some people who genuinely cannot afford it and that is a massive shame because I tell you now peeps, this is worth it and some. So I have not been a miser and deducted a star because you honestly see results and super fast, and for me, that is worth the price. You need such a tiny, minuscule amount to see a huge improvement, I think my tube will last maybe 6 months, possibly more. You know, I may well get another tube in case you all now go buy it and don't leave any for me! Update 13.03.24 Well, I now have soft and happy eyes once again, and to be honest, they probably were a few days ago but I have only just managed to get around to updating the review. I have used the tiniest spot of this on each eye in the morning and last thing at night, and no more do my eyes literally hurt to blink because the eyelids and eye corners are so sore. I don't accidentally rub them and find sandpaper eyelids, instead I find baby soft eyelids again. My eye corners are no longer red, no longer sore and just feel amazing. I wish I had found this months ago, honestly I am so very grateful to have been encouraged by other people's reviews that I then went on to purchase.

This product did help but didn’t cure dry, eczema type symptoms on my eyelids. Used for a couple of days and though improved, didn’t solve. Changed to use good old Vaseline on eyelids and after one day of using, cured completely

I used the for a few days and the skin around my eyes got progressively worse, it was red, itchy and puffy. This is an expensive waste of time. I have since got a £2 tube of emollient cream and overnight it has already soothed my eye skin. Don't waste your money.

If you wear contacts, this is a great eyelid & undereye moisturizer. I have been trying different eye moisturizers for over a year now. I have tried drug store & high-end eye moisturizers for weeks at a time to give them time to work. What is found is that while many of the moisturizers may brighten and even help with under eye puffiness, for me they tended to crust on the corners of my eyes. A lot of them are also or too sticky. I decided to try this moisturizer based on its consideration for contact lens wearers. This eye moisturizer is a great deal considering how well it works on my eyes, which are all kinds of uncomfortable--they get dry but also water easily at times, and they also produce a lot of eye boogers when I wear contacts & don’t take my blink supplements for a few days. This eye moisturizer i feel actually helps my overall eye discomfort because it doesn't dry the lash line nor is it sticky. It doesn't brighten much but it does give you an awake look. I have had some success with applying another moisturizer on top of it that offers more brightening without the drying effect on the edges of my eyes. Im not done trying out different layering. Even as i am continuing to try other moisturizers to blend with this one, I can live with just using this one— if it means never having crusty or sticky eyes. Best find so far!
