You never can tell how good a product is right off the bat, especially one that is designed to be outdoors in the elements. It only been up a month normally you can tell what it's going to do after about a year of rain and sun. The last set I had was from Lowes that lasted about two years and like clock work they started dropping like flies. I like this unit because it came with a remote on and off feature. When I first installed it for some odd reason when I would turn it on a second or two it would immediately click off. I think maybe it wasn't quite night time yet when I was using the dusk to dawn feature and wasn't catching it. But as I waited 30 minutes it came on. They are very bright way brighter then the ones I got from Lowes. As I stated so far so good, a year will tell.

This was easy to install, detects motion and is very bright. Definitely recommend! Great price too!

This is a very bright yet fairly compact and three panel lamp with motion control options. This one does not have WiFi, nor can you make it dim when in motion detection mode (strictly on then off), or dim in any mode. Which turns out to be a missed opportunity, as it is seriously bright, and may be too much depending on where you plan to use it.A recurring problem for what seems like all these new LED lamps happens when mounted horizontally is that is places the motion detector in front of the center lamp where it blocks light. My old school big round flood lights never had that issue. Apparently there is an assumption these will be mounted vertically, or else the lamp heads all points straight out rather than down some.If do mount horizontally on soffit under an eave and you want the bulk of the light directed more straight out at a distance than just down below, this is light has problems. You would think it could be mounted both ways, but that would require extending the lamp head arm an inch or two further out from the base plate.Also Note! i verified this version of the lamp will NOT interface with WiFi. While the remote gives you some features, the WiFi version offers way more, including setting an on/off clock schedule, useful in situations where light from the lamp fools the off after dark detector, causing crazy non-stop flickering, setting brightness, and choosing color temperature -- all from your smart phone. On those, I typically dial them back to around 75% brightness, and pick a color temp that is around 4000K, so not as harsh.If you have more than one fixture as I do, and you buy this one, you will have to either set each lamp's features with the remote, or try to link them. This might be the right choice if you have just one lamp. But if you have multiple fixtures for an area, I'd still suggest getting the WiFi version, which lets you either tie them together functionally, or tune them individually.Given the price point, brightness, and many other features with handheld remote, I'd say overall it is still a good deal provided one of the three modes is what you want, and know you cannot adjust brightness. Just be aware that if mounted horizontally, you may also have some issues.

Very glad I could return this light to Amazon and pick up a different brand. Need a light that is motion activated. This light is very bright and the motion activation seems to work well. However, once activated the light would only stay on 30 seconds. The instructions gave the steps to set the light to be on for 1 minute, 5 minutes, or 10 minutes. I need at least 5 minutes. I contacted Onforu asking for help and providing the exact sequence (as described in the instructions) that I was following. After several attempts to explain the problem to support this is the type of response I continued to get:"Because each user uses a different scene and installation angle, the use different needs, so users need to set their own lighting to achieve better lighting effects.Could you please try to adjust the product according to the instructions?Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems with the product in use."

It was easy to install, getting it programmed took a little figuring out but I got it. Most of the time it works perfectly and it's very bright. But.I come home from work in the dark and coming up the driveway the light comes on but I barely get out of the car before it goes out, leaving me in complete darkness. I can't get it to come back on no matter what I do, it won't come on. I have to go in the house, wait a few minutes and go back out to get it to come on again.Once in a while it stays on when I get home giving me hope it will work the next night as well but no. I've even tried turning off the headlights when coming up the driveway but that doesn't work.Other than that it works properly if someone walks in front of it. Sometimes it's great, sometimes I hate it.

This light is bright and easy to install. The motion sensor works great!

11/13/2023. I Purchased a 4 pack and paid $400.00 for electrician to install. 3 of 4 are working properly so far, however one has a failed motion sensor (after about 3 weeks), in that it will not turn on when my dog passes by, nor will it turn on until I am less than 10’ walking by. I have it set at “Highest” sensitivity setting. I had also purchased Asurion insurance plan for 4 years however they state they are responsible for coverage after manufacture warranty expires. I have just sent an email today to “onforuleds” to notify them of the failure and that I will have to pay another $100.00 for electrician services, so I will update this review accordingly after I receive response from manufacturer.I would not recommend this product based on my experience and inconvenience/time/expenses with an unreliable lighting system. It appears from prior reviews, that mine is not an isolated incident
