No plush! No cushion!
The title says it's plush and has a cushion. Comes rapped super tight making the bed very flat. No plush and no cushion on the bottom. It's like someone sewed up a blanket into a pouch.

I'm not crazy about but it isn't for me...
The bed came with two fiberglass rods that are pretty useless and could be dangerous. The bed has fabric channels the larger rod passes through to hold open the bed. Unfortunately, my dog is a digger and the rod will not stay in place. The smaller rod is supposed to be installed in the rear of the bed, but there are no channels for it. I did not install it. The small rod was also splintered when I received it. In light of these design flaws, my small whippet seems to like it. She likes to burrow in blankets and is cozy in her new bed even though it doesn't lay as advertised.

Small is quite small. Does what I wanted it to
I bought this for my cat who loves to be inside things or under the covers. She loves it. She is a small cat so I have no idea how it would fit a small dog. It wouldn't really fit my other cats that are normal size.The flexible pole that holds it up sticks into these somewhat reinforced side slots and thru one in the center top. I would like it to be open wider, but you can't control that. It's also a bit flimsy so after using it for 6 months, the back part kind of collapses. My cat likes it tho, so it gets 4 stars.

Fabric is average in softness. One of the plastic poles used to prop it up arrived splintered and it is sharp sharp sharp.

The small size is truly small!
I like this and my little dog likes it too, but I should have ordered the next size up. My toy poodle still tries to get into it and does like it! She knew it was for her when I opened the package!

My main complaint is the plastic rod included to keep the cave open isn't as sturdy as it looks in the photo which makes the bed strangely unwieldy. So this got relegated to an emergency travel bed and I took the rod out and just use it flat.
