Very good fire

Love the fire have got it my lounge makes it nice and cosy with the coal effect you need to top it up with water but it lasts for about 9 hours it was easy to install would definitely recommend

The fire arrived very quickly. Easy to setup and fit. It looks fantastic and the Optimist is amazing.

The media could not be loaded.  Fire is very good so far. The flame and smoke effect is really good. The only thing that would make it perfect is a 'sound FX'. Very pleased.

happy to enjoy while we can have had a dimplex before . they last 4-5 years .

Looks so classy, the optimist feature is outstanding, excellent addition to living room, very pleased.

This fire is just stunning in real life!, almost a real actual fire! :-)Once you get the water filling right (time of day, so it is still going at bedtime & on getting up), I have started filling it at lunchtime, works really well!
