can I get a trial size for my picky eater?

I don’t sell it. You need to ask the company directly.

When you soak in water how long does it take to soften? Minutes? Hours?

It all depends if the water is cold, warm or hot. I usually add warm homemade chicken broth and it takes about 6 to 10 minutes to be softer. I hope that helps.
