Helped a bit
I got this to reduce echo in the room. I think it did help. Look very nice on the wall and you don't have to wait to install like some others. Also the inbuilt glue makes it easy. Unfortunately it's a bit expensive to cover the all room for a proper sound reduction.

Foam soundproofing panels
The description said that these panels help with soundproofing and reducing noise, it’s the reason I bought them due to having stressful noisy neighbours but they don’t help at all. Not recommended, do not waste your money!

Works really well to trap sound and a notice board. Looks good too

Good looking panels for decoration but i find them not really sound proof. I put them on my wall to try and reduce noise from my neighbor's but i think they should go on their side of the wall to reduce the noise coming through not my side of the wall, if you know what i mean.

Excellent delivery - good quality and easy to fit. Can’t comment on sound-proofing yet as not been tested. But just what I have been looking for. Very pleased.
