Outkast - The Videos

Ohh Boo Hoo! Mommy, my teacher washed my mouth out with soap, cuz I said a naughty word! Cry me a river!!!You know, back in my day, there was no swearing on Radio or TV. Before HBO and Satellite Radio, when it was common to see some TV's with only 3 or 4 channels in some people's homes. Now, some people actually miss cursing? How low class!This is the best DVD I've listened to in a long time. And you know what? IT NEVER EVEN DAWNED ON ME TH AT THERE WAS MISSING CURSING! I NEVER EVEN MISSED IT! In fact reading these reviews is what brought it to my attention.As a matter of fact, I bought one of their unedited CD's, a special mix CD from a Tower Records in San Francisco, and I didn't really like all the cursing. But, they're artists, and the way they wanted to present their art, so who can fault them?However, when they present videos, etc. on television, they have to present them in a way that complies with FCC regulations, etc. SO QUIT YOUR WHINING! I for one can't ever recall ever seeing an unedited video on any medium. Who out there can tell me a high percentage of this form of medium?This was an awesome DVD, and had many great and surprising Videos. I highly recommend it.The only thing that was a bit strange, was that it was a DVD in a CD box? I didn't get that. Very unique. I think some folks might buy it, thinking it is a CD, but that's just my opinion!Two BIG THUMBS WAY UP! Highly recommended!MC White

This dvd is not as good as I thought it would be.When I ordered this dvd, I was expecting to get every single video OutKast ever appeared in, even if it was just a small cameo. I'll tell you what videos you'll get.You'll get "southerplayaliticadillacmusik","platers ball", "A.T.Liens", "elevators", "B.O.B", "Ms.Jackson","So fresh,So clean", "The whole world", "Hey ya", and"the way you move". There is also a long version of"Hey ya & the way you move", but all that is is just the 2 videos back-to-back with 2 minutes of extra footage in between. There is no sign of "Rosa parks", or even the dungeon family video. You will be better off taping the videos off t.v.

My husband loves Outkast videos. I am a little disappointed that this is edited and does not have all of the group's videos.

This is a great DVD that has a good mix of videos from Outkast's dual CD

These videos are a little off the wall. Yet, they are well produced and high quality representations of the music. And they aren't censored to beat the band which is really annoying. Either produce a high quality recreation or don't produce it at all. Censorship hurts the people you are trying to help.

I bought this for a friend just because she said "I like that song", when she heard one of the cuts on the radio. Some (Hey Ya, etc) of these are simply GREAT (fun/happy sound) to play on a good stereo system, with the video showing on the TV. Would absolutely buy again.
