SoBuy Shoe Storage Bench 105cm Wide with Seat Cushion & 3 Drawers Hallway

I am very happy with this bench. It's good-looking, solid and sturdy, and good value compared to some other pieces of self-assembly furniture I have seen and bought. I would have liked it to be just a little larger, but that's personal preference. The instructions were fairly clear (if rather small for my eyesight) and assembly was straightforward, although the guide time of 30 minutes is highly fanciful unless you do it for a living, and I had to drill holes in order to attach the backboard, which is why I give it only 4 stars in the "easy to assemble" category.I would recommend it.

This was easy to assemble, sturdy and looks great.I was looking for storage for my hallway to tidy up shoes but that wasn’t a really tall cupboard and this is perfect.I now have 2 of them and have ordered other products from this company and can’t wait for them to arrive.My kids love sitting on these to put their shoes on and off and really like that they have their own draws. In fact they often use it to sit and play on.I note they do a 2 draw one if this is to wide for your space.Best purchase i have made in a while.Love them

Really happy with this item, perfect size for my space. Looks good and was fairly easy to put together though it did take me twice as long as the instructions say to put together. The instructions could be slightly clearer but I did manage on my own while my husband looked after our new born. Only complaint would be that the whole box is not white, so when you pull the box out, you can see brown MDF colour instead of all white. Not a deap breaker though. Overall very happy.

Actually bought this to install in my campervan, as a useful storage/seating area. It is very sturdy, cushion surprisingly comfortable, has roomy drawers and looks great. There is no way I could have made something like this myself for the same money - amazing value for what it is. Dead easy to assemble too. Highly recommended.

Only had it a few days, but so far seems great. Looks exactly like the picture, seems sturdy so far and holds all the shoes i need it to hold.

This item arrived on time and was well packaged. I have put other units together myself in the past and have to say that this one was rather easy, especially as all the pre-drilled holes lined up exactly. Good diagrams, no parts missing, easy to recognise and they were all bagged up and lettered which made life very easy. There was even a bag of 'spares'. Only needed a screwdriver and it was made in just over half an hour. It suits my purpose perfectly - dual linen bin, ( for coloureds and whites). Love it.

I purchased this shoe storage bench after reading several positive reviews. While I don’t completely disagree with them, I’m not fully convinced about its strength and long-term durability.The main body is made of very thin MDF (engineered wood), which feels quite fragile. Under ideal conditions, it might support the weight of two small to medium-sized adults, but real-life use is rarely ideal. I doubt it would hold up well if someone sat on it with force. The design is minimalistic, and the drawers are made of a very weak material—almost like compressed cardboard—except for the brown front panels, which are bamboo.On the positive side, the product arrived well-packaged in a compact box, and delivery was impressively fast. All parts were clearly numbered and organized. The assembly involves many cam lock connectors and other screws, all of which were individually packed and labeled, making the process smooth. Everything aligned perfectly, and there were no missing parts.However, the instructions weren’t very clear. If you’re familiar with assembling IKEA furniture, you’ll manage, but you’ll need to pay close attention to the diagrams. In some cases, I had to refer to the final product image to figure out the correct orientation of parts. It took me about two hours to assemble it solo, mostly due to the number of fasteners. Most parts are for the three drawers, which are easy to assemble. The main structure has fewer parts but an excessive number of fasteners—especially for the top panel—which I feel is a poor design choice.Overall, the finished product looks nice, but it feels quite flimsy. I’d recommend using it with care. It might serve as a temporary solution for a year or so, but I wouldn’t rely on it for heavy use.

Loved it. Not bad quality at all. Directions are very limited and guessing which way is which. 2 very small piece you should not lose.

This is a great storage solution. We don't have a huge entryway in our apartment but this fits perfectly in the nook by our front door. We use one drawer for our daughter's shoes and slippers, and the other for my husband and I.Assembly in general was fairly easy to follow as this is one of the better visual instruction guides. Except there were these sets of screws that were REALLY difficult to screw into place because they're clearly made from inferior metal. Using a philips head screwdriver, you couldn't help but strip the head of the screw because of the amount of torque needed to force the screw into the plastic holders so that it was flush with the surface.Unfortunately, there are about 14 - 16 of those screws that you have to install. I was able to build this thing in about 45 minutes to an hour, but the amount of force I had to use to get those specific screws (I believe they're screw B in the installation guide) left my arms sore the next day. And I'm not a lightweight! I lift weights regularly.

It’s smaller then I thought. Packaged very nicely. Instructions aren’t the best but they’re not difficult to understand. 2 people are necessary. It is very cheap though so keep that in mind. It chips so easily and one of our drawers broke by moving the stand.
