Nice sizes but one was broke and a couple of them were completely solid couldn't break them open

These Geodes arrived fast and a day early. The box was severely damaged and was retaped by the US Postal Service stating Arrived Damaged.However upon opening the damaged retaped package from US Postal Sevice I found everything to be in Great Shape No Damage, packed very well!I will be cutting these open this weekend on my wet tile saw as these can shatter if hit with a hammer. I will update with photos as soon as I can.I definitely will be ordering more!Thank you!

I bought these for my daughter's 11th birthday party and the kids had such a great time! We bought these three inch ones and all of them were beautiful. We also bought the 40 count bag of smaller ones and just as advertised 90% or more of them were hollow. We saved a few to cut with a tile saw, but we were able to smash most of them just with hammers. The bigger ones do tend to shatter a little bit just using a hammer but people came up with some techniques to hit it with the edge of a hammer and it made a cleaner break. Some of the kids smashed the bigger pieces into smaller pieces even if it was a clean break lol. They had a blast!

I wish I could figure out how to add photos w/o it being video. Although, it doesn't really matter. You get what they say you will get. Geodes were packaged amazingly well, I really expected a broken 1 or 2, and would not have been upset, however all were in tact. I got 10 geodes all very consistent in size, burlap sack, and a cute little specimen piece with a couple of really good amethyst points in it. I have not cracked any open yet, but that doesnt matter, they could all b crap inside, or I could get a couple of real beauties. That's the fun of geodes, it's kinda like playing the lottery. I do know that most are either a clear calcite or clear quartz inside. However it goes I know I wont b disappointed. I am very very happy with this seller, I will purchase from again.

The media could not be loaded.  Amazing. Exactly what we had planned for our girls and nephews. A couple of Dragon eggs to get the kids imagination running! Was suprised to see that they were all amazing pieces and not one was solid. The wife and I even took bets on which was solid and hallow, because we got some from another place and wasnt to pleased. Fyi im a paver installer so I have a splitter to crack them open. If you are careful you can get it in 2 pieces but of course the excitement from kids ready to smash stuff is overwhelming to them lol

This was an amazing purchase. I got them for my sons 5th birthday since he is a rock hound (but I really wanted to see inside too). There was so many more rocks then I expected and they were larger then expected. I did do the cracking, you do have to use alittle force. I used a claw hammer and scored around the middle with it until it cracked. Perfectly in half, no little pieces. We were not disappointed at the sparkle inside.

These geodes were awesome! More expensive than the smaller ones but well worth it. All we're hollow and one kept spilling out small double terminated quartz prior to being cracked open. Would absolutely recommend for any rock enthusiast. The amethyst was a nice extra. Came from a vein, so it doesn't have the crystal shape but pretty color!
