HARI LIVING Ankle/Wrist Weights - 1 LB Wearable Weights, Fully Adjustable, Workout Gear

I need a set of wrist weights for my workouts. I find the "B" brand a bit expensive. This Hari brand is nicely priced. It is easy to clean as I easily sweat a lot from my workouts. I really like it styled with some triangular blocks and make it looks less bulky and easy for me to move my arms around in my aerobic / cardio dance classes. The Velcro strap is pretty long so it fits my wrists as well as my ankles and I can see that it should fit anybody with bigger bones. The blocks can easily be removed or added back on if ever i want to change the weight a bit for the day. It would be nice if it comes with heavier blocks instead of just 1 lb per arm. It comes with a clear plastic pouch which doesn't look too durable for the heavy weights, so I try hard to make sure I zip and unzip the pouch with TLC I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone with similar need.

These wrist weights are a good concept and an excellent product. Adjustable with velcro, nice color, and just the right weight. Unfortunately, I suffer from fibromyalgia, and it was too painful for me to wear. However, using hand weights as part of my routine gives me the flexibility to put them down in the middle of my workout when the pain is too much. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to wear weights continuously or just during a workout.

I have a more expensive brand that I bought prior to these. And let’s just say these are just as good if not better than the other more pricey brand. Highly recommend for walking or low impact workouts that you want to add a little extra weight to such as Pilates, yoga, barre, etc.

These are a great dupe for bala bangles for much less. I have 2 lb (each) bala bangles but wanted a 1 lb (each) set, but didn’t want to spend $50 again. These work just as well and the Velcro is identical. I’d say they even wrap around more comfortably because the weight shapes are flatter.

I have an expensive pair of weighed bangles and these are equal, if not better, quality. Good buy.
