Jody is great
Good fun, very tough but worth it. I like Jody, he is likeable and skips half the routines, however, I doubt he could speak if he did as some are really tough. 3 people behind him, 1 always modifying. Make another!

It Works
First pic 22 July and 2nd pic 19 Aug of this year. I have done 37 days out of 48 days due to ill health. I will be 55 this year and am determined to be as fit and as healthy as I can be and believe - looking at these pics - I can do it. I do believe I have found the programme for me. The minute by minute 1st time will prove how unfit you are or how much you hate burpees 🤣. That said I have done 3 rounds of the test and can now do 3 burpees without pushup, 5 squat thrusters and 7 setups in less than a minute 20 times over and still be standing...just. I have bought RIPT90 so I have 6 months workout. My aim to be fit and gorgeous but happy with all my hard work - less than 30 mins a day you would be happy with that I am. See the results for yourself - oh haven't been following the diet either

Great programme, short intense workouts - ideal if you have a busy lifestyle
This is a brilliant programme. I’ve enjoyed going to the gym for years; but with a demanding job and young family, it was proving a challenge to get there. This programme is the perfect solution to that - short, intense workouts, good structure to the programme - and plenty of variety! One day you could be doing an intense HIIT session, the next day doing a weights session focusing on specific body parts.The programme has given me my mojo back to get into my training and the sessions are ideal to smash out in the morning before work!Great value for money, highly recommended for busy people, juggling work and kids who want to get back in shape again!

Great Workout Programme
This is great workout schedule, routines are a good length (about 30 mins is the longest) and there is a good variation. Jody has a good sense of humour and this program doesn't take itself too seriously. The workouts are hard (which is the point), but the way they are put together means you don't really get sick of them, or feel it's a chore. There aren't any weird gimmicky movements either, that can get irritating on other DVD exercise routines, just good, solid, sensible exercises.

Great value workout programme.
I've done the first RIPT90 programme, enjoyed that and expect more of the same from this new RIPT90FIT.For me these workouts are ideal for my very early morning routine being generally short, intense and exhausting. Would suggest you need a decent level of fitness to keep up but you can always pause it of course. Having a workout calendar and video to follow means I don't have to think about it when half asleep. Very good value for money in my opinion.

Great for toning and getting stronger
It's great for what I need. I was looking for something fresh with more weights as an add on to my intense cardio workouts. It works for as I'm looking to tone and get stronger. Having the option to still fully participate with different weight options and the team being at different levels me with a sense of achievement for having kept up and know I worked hard.
