Fluval Cycle Water Treatment, 2 L

I use this product when setting up a new aquarium (as part of the nitrogen cycle to promote healthy ammonia eating bacteria growth, a 6 to 8 week process) and as part of my weekly water changes. I feel that this product works very well, as my fish are all happy and healthy and I have never experienced any bad water quality issues (ammonia spikes etc).I use this weekly to add to my 200ltr, 60ltr and 30ltr aquariums when I do a water change. I change 20% - 30% of the water volume and add an appropriate dose of this stuff, however it's not really possible to overdose so it does not really matter if you add a little bit extra. I usually do add a bit more than stated on the label. I keep it stored at room temperature and the 2ltr bottle usually lasts me about 6 weeks.There is always a seal covering the opening after the lid has been unscrewed, so you know it is brand new and has not been opened / tampered with. This is safe for my fresh water aquarium inhabitants, of which I have many varieties.Pros: - The larger 2ltr bottle is excellent value compared to the 250ml or 500ml bottles - Quick delivery / repeat orders available - Far cheaper than my local pet storeCons: - Nothing I can think of reallyI hope this review has been helpful to you.Happy Fish Keeping!

Trusted name. Easy to use and looks like its doing what it's supposed to. Initial use to cycle a small tank. Then it went cloudy and then did some strip tests and all seems to be ok. Fish gone in a few weeks later and no issues.

Handy back up to have in case you have a mishap they could disturb your cycle but quite expensive for what it is.

Nothing to dislike, fish seems to love it. When I do a water change in my aquarium and add the cycle I can see how happy the fish is, it makes all the difference to them. Thank you.

I initially purchased this product to aid the initial set up of my aquarium which , I am glad to say, went without a hitch. The label on the product recommended that it be used at every water change and filter clean to maintain a healthy tank and fish population. I carried out that advice and use this product regularly. My tank remains clean and my fish remain healthy and active. I can only assume this is due, in part at leatss, to the continued use of this product. I will purchase it again in the future.

I used this on a tank that had a lot of bacteria already, so I don't know how well it works on new tanks. Using it with a new tank, I would be sure to test the heck out of the water for at least the first month. I am also using it to bolster the water quality in an existing tank. I've run tests on both and the results were near perfect. It is budget friendly, which I appreciate. All I can say is so far, so good. I am happy with this purchase.

As always Fluval doesn’t disappoint. I’ve used all their different products for years. Great quality. These 2 bottles are amazing together. Absolutely love the biological booster to add with the water conditioner. I absolutely suggest this combo bottle pack to anyone looking to start a new tank or anyone just changing the water in their original tank. I know I will definitely keep buying as I always have!

Article bien arrivé. Dosage facile pour petit et grand aquarium. Voir les effets dans le temps car je n'ai pas encore assez de recul.
