I was so dubious about ordering this but it works great, picture is clear. Don’t see much difference between the wide and the focus options tho.Easy to connect to your phone and the battery lasts a long time. Only 4 stars as I find it a bit difficult to use at times it takes some getting used to and some fiddling about to get in the right place. I found the attachments really block your view aswell so can be difficult to see what your doing at times and the attachments are very hard for inside the ear, need to be really careful. Good for getting wax out and checking out your ear drum.

Absolutely fantastic, we discovered a hearing aid grommet in my husbands ear, have no idea how long it'd been there!!!

Fairly easy to use. Picture is pretty clear. Only hard sometimes to get the right angles but worked amazing!

It worked for about 30 mins and now the picture is either blurry or black. A shame as the product design with the tips in the cap, and the software was reasonable.

The lid was stuck so hard when twisted to take it off it pulled out the actual fitting for the camera and was no good to use after as it wouldn't fit back in
