Needs two hands
Requires two handed operation which made it impossible to use for me. Also it is large and needs a good deal of storage space.

I have used it everyday since it arrived 5 days ago and I'm loving it, feels like I'm eating spaghetti again!I think it is well made, it's easy to clean and easy to use.I always dehydrate a massive glut of courgette from my allotment so I can have courgette (sliced) all year. I'm going to experiment by making courgette spaghetti/pasta and then dehydrating it.I even dug up a few potatoes a bit early as I wanted to spiralize some for hubby.

Adds a nice texture to fruit and veg. Most importantly is it's easy to clean after use only generally requiring a quick rub down.
